General

UPSTREAM 2026 is Jesus Youth USA’s 25th Jubilee Year Conference — a national gathering for the entire JY community to come together, pray as one body, and be sent forth as missionaries, strengthened by the extraordinary grace of this Jubilee Year.

  • UPSTREAM welcomes every Jesus Youth, whether you’ve walked with the movement since its earliest days or have joined us more recently. While there is one main Missionary Track for all adults (18+), the journey also creates space for meaningful breakouts based on life situations, common interests, and areas of mission. This allows us to share the same missionary vision and formation while connecting more intentionally with others who may be walking through similar seasons of life or share particular passions and interests.
  • Alongside the main Missionary Track, we’ll offer ministry-based tracks, as well as dedicated tracks for Teens, Middle Schoolers, and Elementary Kids, along with parent-supported babysitting available for toddlers – so that every member of the family can Come Alive in their calling.

Registration & Cost

Registration involves two separate steps: Jesus Youth registration and Ridgecrest accommodation booking.

  1. Complete and submit the UPSTREAM registration form: https://jyupstream2026.paperform.co
  2. Check your email for a confirmation containing your payment code/link, and complete the Jesus Youth portion of your registration.
  3. Reserve your room(s) directly with Ridgecrest Conference Center. Only the first night’s room payment is due at the time of booking. The remaining accommodation balance, along with the food package, is due at check-in on December 29, 2026.

The total cost for UPSTREAM 2026 has two separate components:

  1. Jesus Youth Registration Fee — based on your registration category and registration date.
  2. Ridgecrest Accommodation & Meal Costs — based on your selected room type, family size, and number of attendees.

Jesus Youth Registration Fees

Note: Family registration is capped at the applicable family rate, regardless of family size.

Ridgecrest Accommodation

Accommodation costs vary depending on the room type selected.

  • Walnut Rooms: Recommended for larger families. Only 13 Walnut rooms are available, so early booking is encouraged.
  • Pritchell & Mount Laurel Rooms: Other families may select from these room options, subject to availability.

Meals

The Ridgecrest meal package includes 9 full meals and is paid directly to Ridgecrest.

Important: Dinner on December 29 and the takeaway breakfast on January 2 are already included in the Jesus Youth registration fee. These meals will be provided by the conference logistics team.

Yes. If you would like to attend the Jubilee Conference but financial constraints are a concern, please reach out to the UPSTREAM team by email or contact an UPSTREAM Core Team member directly. We would be happy to explore available options with you.

Travel

Driving is the preferred option for reaching Ridgecrest Conference Center.

If you are flying, Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is the closest airport to the venue.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Ridgecrest. A limited, first-come-first-served shuttle will be available from CLT to Ridgecrest for guests arriving by 2:00 PM ET on December 29, 2026, at a subsidized cost per person.

Please note: Shuttle seats are limited and not guaranteed, so please plan your travel accordingly.

Closer to the conference, we will send a separate form where you can share your travel details and request a shuttle seat. The sign-up link will be posted here once it is ready.

Serving & Accommodations

Absolutely! UPSTREAM runs on the gifts, talents, and service of the Jesus Youth community.

There will be opportunities to serve in areas such as:

  • Music ministry
  • Media and communications
  • Hospitality
  • Intercession
  • Missionary, Teens, Middle school, and elementary tracks
  • Logistics
  • And more
